Customer Policy

  • Appointments & Cancellations

    • Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can provide your full service.

    • We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

    • Late arrivals (over 10 minutes) may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

    • No-shows or same-day cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

  • Service Guarantee & Redo Policy

    • Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you have any concerns, please let us know within 3 days of your visit.

    • We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to make reasonable adjustments to ensure you’re happy with your service.

  • Payments & Gift Cards

    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Urban Nails gift cards.

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Please present your gift card before checkout.

  • Children & Guests

    • To maintain a calm and safe atmosphere, we kindly ask that children not receiving services remain supervised at all times.

    • Due to limited space, please avoid bringing extra guests to your appointment.

  • Health & Hygiene

    • For your safety, please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your service.

    • We follow strict sanitation and disinfection protocols for all tools and stations.

    • If you have any open cuts, infections, or contagious conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment for your safety and others’.

  • Salon Etiquette

    • Please keep your phone on silent during services to help maintain a peaceful environment.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful or disruptive to staff or guests.

  • Photos & Social Media

    • We love sharing our work! With your permission, we may take photos of your nails for our social media.

    • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your technician know.
